Workshop Description

A workshop for poets, songwriters, and storytellers who want to set their mind to song. Explore the sound of words through daily writing exercises, analysis of song forms, and literary tools of the trade.  This workshop seeks to create songs that are a reflection of your unique experience.  Musical instruments are welcome but not required.  One-on-one feedback sessions, in class presentation of works in progress, and a live performance on Student Open Studios night provide a stage for inspiration.
