Writing Fellow HILARY VAUGHN DOBEL holds an AB from Princeton University, an MA from University of Chicago, and an MFA in poetry and literary translation from Columbia University. She is also the translator of Nine Coins by Carlos Pintado (Akashic) and The Clouds by Juan José Saer (Open Letter). An editor at Circumference, her poetry and translations have appeared in PloughsharesBoston ReviewKenyon Review Online, and the New York Times. Fiction Fellow MICHAEL DEAGLER was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. He holds a BA from Temple University and an MFA from Rutgers University-Camden. His short fiction has appeared in Glimmer Train, New England Review, Slice, Electric Literature, and elsewhere.
