Coady Brown is an painter from Baltimore, MD. She received her MFA from Yale University and her BFA from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. Her paintings have been exhibited nationally and internationally. She is the recipient of several residencies and fellowships including the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, the Vermont Studio Center, and the Yale/Norfolk School of Art. Awards for her work include the Carol Schlosberg Memorial Prize for Excellence in Painting, the Richard Cramer Color Award in Painting, and the Gianni Caproni Art Prize in Painting.
