Maximum length: 15 pages of poetry. Combine multiple files into a single document.
 
The first page of your sample must consist of a cover sheet listing the title(s) of enclosed work. Do not count the cover sheet in your page total. Your name must not appear anywhere in the writing sample, OR ON THE COVER PAGE. Likewise, do not list publications or award citations anywhere in the sample.
